PIRATE’S REST

Nestled among the natural tropical vegetation of Green Turtle Cay, Pirate’s Rest is a very private location. The house is raised off the ground for you to have the full advantage of the trade winds. The spacious 1,800 sq. ft house is on two levels. It is decorated with antiques, but has all the modern luxuries. It is a place of peace and relaxation. The downstairs includes the dining area, living room, kitchen, full bath and master bedroom. A screened porch runs the entire length of the house and has many places for you to read a book, or take a nap. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, a den that can be turned into another sleeping area, and a full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the upstairs bedrooms have a double in one, and twin beds in the other. The love seat in the den turns into another bed. There is a small porch off of the bedroom with the double bed that can be used for sitting and looking at the trees and water, or daydreaming.

The house can accommodate up to six people. It offers central air conditioning, internet access, ceiling fans, CD player, TV, and VCR with a wide selection of videos. There are also two large book shelves filled with many interesting books for your reading pleasure. Pirate’s Rest is a short walk from the public dock; The Green Turtle Club and Marina; and Brendal’s Dive Center.

There are great beaches at Coco Bay, a five minute walk, and at the Atlantic Ocean beach, a ten minute walk. For your shopping needs, the historic village of New Plymouth is a 20 minute ride via a rental golf cart. Pirate’s Rest is a secluded and peaceful place for you and your family to rejuvenate yourselves.
